I originally ordered a woman s bar and was excited to get it however don contacted me to let me know about the upcoming release of the new needle bearing barbell which was only weeks away. In doing so it provides an opportunity to recover while also still stimulating muscle growth. Because this bar is equipped with close neutral wide neutral and angled grip positions you are able to hit muscle groups in multiple ways. 4 0 out of 5 starsthe paint on the sleeves is coming off but it is still a fantastic bar.

I m glad he did and i went with the new bar. Beyond the traditional use of a hex trap bar which includes shrugs dead lifts and farmer walks this new design allows you to safely perform lunge workouts. The only disappointment is when i place the bar back on the bench rack the black paint is coming off where the sleeves are iocated. The multi grip handles not only allow for different size hands but also for those wishing to challenge their forearms and grip strength.

The archon trap bar is the solution to both problems. It is smooth and the knurling is nice and has a great grip but doesn t tear up my hands. Due to the fact the bar itself offers angled or truly neutral grips it puts the shoulder in a less compromised position. With an elevated storage system you can easily slide bumper plates and olympic plates on and off.
